He has more than 17 years of combined leadership experience in IT consulting, software programming and product development for unified messaging, hosted communications and CRM and Sales Force Automation systems.

Peter Champaneria provides an in-depth knowledge of corporate financing and is integral to COA Network's success by responding to the ever-changing needs of the company and industry. He has more than 25 years of business experience, including owning and operating a number of successful businesses.

Alexey Aksyonenko manages technology strategy and development for COA Network, defines the company's technical vision and ensures that advanced technology is appropriately adopted. He has more than 12 years of industry experience, including heading IS/IT divisions for a number of major European companies, and a background that includes telephony and client/server technologies, as well as and design and architecture of robust, data-driven web-based applications and databases that support them.

Carol Wasserman is responsible for the overall quality and management of COA Network’s software products. She is highly experienced in Quality Assurance, Business/Systems Analysis and Team Management, and has held positions that include Programmer, Business Analyst, Software Tester and Quality Assurance Manager.

Venkat Kuppa manages offshore business & project development for COA Network, including defining projects and identifying solutions. He has more than 20 years of experience in business development and managing software development, and has led software teams in the U.S., Malaysia, Singapore and India.

Lisa Mahon leads the team responsible for creating the extensive documentation for COA Network's project requirements, rules and user interfaces, and plays a pivotal leadership role in the discovery process. She has 20 years of professional experience and a strong background in analysis, technical writing, training and management.

Aaron Gerber is responsible for COA Networks’ team of Business Development Consultant’s. These Consultants provide guidance & direction to potential COA Network clients so as to identify their needs and propose a COA Network solution to fill those needs. With more than 15 years of entrepreneurial experience, Gerber is well-versed in implementation, management, leadership and client relations.

Shekhar Sonawane continues to build COA Network’s reputation as a leading multimedia design and Web development firm. His creative stewardship expands COA Network’s core capabilities beyond technical development, leading the way to a truly integrated solution provider. Under his guidance the creative team plays an integral part in building visually appealing, easy to use user interfaces. He holds Bachelor’s degrees in physics and visual communications and a Masters in computer arts from Bombay University, Osmania University, and the Memphis College of Art respectively.

Heather is responsible for the overall marketing efforts for COA Network’s suite of products. She possesses 7 years marketing experience serving the consumer and IT sectors. She has led marketing initiatives involving the following activities: Branding, Strategic Market Planning, Direct Mail and Ad Campaigns, Pay-Per-Click Campaigns, Online Marketing utilizing SEO and SEM, eMarketing, Public Relations, and Tradeshow & Event Management.

Vlad Preoteasa is responsible for managing and directing the COA Network data center and network services. Under his leadership and direction, the data center has grown into a world-class facility that provides clients with unlimited scalability, enhanced security, fault tolerance and redundancy.
