Q: Do you require an upfront fee?
Yes, however our setup fees are significantly lower than other systems out there.
When you speak to one of our Business Development Consultants they will provide
a custom quote based on your specific needs.
Q: Do you require a monthly Subscriber
Fee or Hosting Fee?
Unless you prefer to cover the monthly cost for all of the distributors systems,
individual distributors will pay a small monthly fee for the service; this fee is
lowered based on the volume of distributors signed up within your Group. For this
fee COA Network handles all Customer Service, billing, hosting, maintenance and
other support.
We require at least 40 paying distributors to be subscribed to your Groups FocalPoint
System. As long as this requirement is met we do not charge a Monthly Hosting fee
to you. Note: After the 90 day launch period a $595 fee will be charged for any
month where there are less than 40 paying distributors on the system, otherwise
there are no monthly fees to you.

Q: I have already built my own website,
can you use it?
Yes, we can use it. You will need to provide us with your html code for the site
as our designers will need to rebuild it into our Replication model.
Please note that our setup fees include the custom design of a web site, landing
pages and Banner Ads by our professional Design Team. We can replicate your existing
site if you prefer, in either case we will be hosting the site once replicated.

Q: Can I purchase your source code and
host it on my own server?
No, we do not sell our source code. Our business model is to provide a service and
host 100% of the system. The benefit to you is that you never have to worry about
the fast growth of your business causing a crash on servers not meant to host such
massive volume; our data center is designed to handle such growth.
Q: Is your database secure?
COA Network owns & maintains its own world class data center in Piscataway, NJ within
the technology sector. In addition to hosting FocalPoint, since 1992, we have been
hosting our Toll Free Voicemail service and our Enterprise MLM Software. Our database

Q: Do you sell leads?
We do not sell leads; however, FocalPoint is already integrated with some of the
best Lead Providers in the Industry and we will refer you to these appropriate lead
vendors so (if you choose) you can have leads integrated directly into FocalPoint
from these vendors.
Q: How many distributors do I need in
my group in order to have a FocalPoint system?
FocalPoint is designed to accommodate hundreds & thousands of distributors within
a group and is not available to groups with just a handful of distributors.
